HAIL THE IRON WOMEN! RAFIDAH, AMBIGA & KARPAL’S DAUGHTER SPEAK AT HANNAH YEOH’S CERAMAH WHILE TERESA KOK RELEASES ‘MO1. KABOOM!BANG!’ VIDEO

TTDI, Kuala Lumpur – Harapan Segambut candidate Hannah Yeoh addresses over 3,000 residents and voters who have gathered at a local field along Lorong Burhanuddin Helmi 8 here tonight.
Yeoh takes the stage after former minister Rafidah Aziz and Hakam chairperson Ambiga Sreenevasan – two women who she says she used to read about as a student, lawyer and young politician.
“I never dreamt that one day they (Rafidah and Ambiga) would be supporting my bid for a parliament seat.

“I joined politics just for two reasons alone, that is to fight corruption and to fight race-based policies,” she tells the cheering crowd.
Yeoh also denies claims that she is “running away” from Subang Jaya after serving the state constituency for 10 years.
Instead, Yeoh says her move to a parliamentary seat is meant to further the agenda which had been implemented during her two terms as Subang Jaya assemblyperson and Selangor state assembly speaker.
Karpal’s daughter agrees with Najib – can’t run gov’t on lies
9.10pm: TTDI, Kuala Lumpur – Daughter of the late DAP stalwart Karpal Singh, Sangeet Kaur Deo, draws loud cheers from the crowd as she delivers a powerful speech in support of Harapan candidate for Segambut, Hannah Yeoh.
“This time, my friends, it’s Malaysians versus BN. I read today or yesterday (caretaker) prime minister Najib Abdul Razak said we can’t run a government or nation based on lies.
“For once I agree with him,” she quips.
Sangeet, who followed in her father and older brother’s footsteps as a lawyer, has little difficulties building up a rapport with the crowd.
“Lies is what we have been fed for the last what? 10 years?,” she asks, and someone in the crowd responds with “60 years!.”
“60 years is too long to remain in power my friends,” she continues, and another supporter continues the famous quote,..
“…absolute power corrupts absolutely!.”
She also urges the multi-ethnic crowd to never forget about the various scandals under Najib’s administration, as well as the various unfulfilled promises.
The crowd who gathers on the field at Taman Tun Dr Ismail here has swelled to over 3,000 people.
