State palace officials have delivered a letter informing Musa Aman of the matter to his political secretary.
KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman Musa Aman was served a notice by the state palace this morning informing him that he is no longer the chief minister.
Palace officials arrived at Musa’s house in Luyang at around 11.10am and waited at the gate for some 15 minutes to hand over the letter.
However, they were informed that the house was empty, and the house guard refused to accept the letter on Musa’s behalf.
Eventually, the officials managed to hand over the letter to Musa’s political secretary at a restaurant in Inanam.
Musa was sworn in as Sabah chief minister on Thursday after Sabah BN won a simple majority courtesy of two seats from Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (STAR).
However, two days later, Parti Warisan Sabah president Shafie Apdal became Sabah 15th chief minister. -FMT
