BOMBSHELL – KU LI & ANWAR PART OF ALTANTUYA CONSPIRACY, CLAIMS NAJIB PROPAGANDIST RPK, WHO ONCE ACCUSED ROSMAH OF BEING AT MURDER SCENE

Apparently, what Bul told me was a load of bull. But it was not until 2012 that I got the real evidence when I went to Paris. Cynthia Gabriel had earlier lodged a complaint with the French court and they had launched an investigation into the matter. So I went to Paris together with Nelson Fernandez of Free Malaysia Today to find out what the investigation had revealed.

What Setev Shaariibuu, Altantuya’s father, asked, as reported by Malaysiakini (below), is very reasonable. Which father would not want to know the truth regarding his daughter’s murder. And since there are so many differing and contradicting stories about the murder, such as motive and perpetrators, it is very important that the truth be told.
Ku Li’s ‘Bul’ alleged that Rosmah was at the scene the night Altantuya was murdered
Back in June 2008, Nik Azmi Nik Salleh a.k.a. Bul, who works for Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah (Ku Li) — the man who hopes to be the new Umno President cum Prime-Minister-in-waiting — said that Rosmah Mansor was behind Altantuya’s murder and was actually there the night she was murdered. He then told me to come out with a Statutory Declaration urging the police to investigate the authenticity of this allegation.
I found this allegation to be a bit far-fetched so I asked John Pang to check with Ku Li whether this story is true or not and he confirmed that Ku Li said it is true. Still not satisfied, I asked Din Merican to check with Anwar Ibrahim and Din, too, came back and said Anwar confirmed the story. So, I came out with the Statutory Declaration.
When I was detained without trial in Kamunting from September to November 2008, two police officers from Bukit Aman came to serve me a writ. Together with that writ were a few documents. Basically, they were charging me for criminal defamation regarding the allegation I made in my Statutory Declaration that someone said Rosmah was at the scene of Altantuya’s murder, which is regarded as hearsay.

Bukit Aman served documents on me to prove that Rosmah was somewhere else the night Altantuya was murdered

The documents they served on me that day in October 2008, which were copies of the same documents they served on my lawyer, was Rosmah’s alibi the night of Altantuya’s murder. Rosmah was at a public function somewhere else, far away from the murder scene, the night Altantuya was murdered. And they had photographs plus hundreds of witnesses to prove it. It was then that I realised I was screwed. Bul had lied to me. But then why did John Pang and Din Merican confirm the story and said it was true (or they said Ku Li and Anwar said it was true)?
Apparently, what Bul told me was a load of bull. But it was not until 2012 that I got the real evidence when I went to Paris. Cynthia Gabriel had earlier lodged a complaint with the French court and they had launched an investigation into the matter. The French police investigated Cynthia’s complaint, which she lodged with the French court

The Malaysian Special Branch, in fact, was not only aware of my trip to Paris but was aware of the findings as well because I sent them a long 200-page report. And what the French investigation revealed was as follows:
1. Razak Baginda, Najib Abdul Razak and Altantuya Shaariibuu never entered France at any time during the period of the Scorpene submarines negotiations (as alleged).
2. All negotiations for the Scorpene submarines were done in Kuala Lumpur and not in Paris.
3. The Malaysian government started looking at the Scorpene submarines when Syed Hamid Albar was the Defence Minister, Tun Daim Zainuddin the Finance Minister, and Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad the Prime Minister (Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was the Deputy Prime Minister and Najib was the Minister of Education).
4. No one from Direction des Constructions Navales (DCN), the Scorpene submarines supplier, had ever met Altantuya (so she could not have been the translator for the negotiations, as alleged).
5. Altantuya ‘came onto the scene’ long after the Scorpene submarines contract had been signed (so she could not have been involved in any negotiations).
6. Altantuya DID NOT speak French (so she could not have been an English-French translator) plus her English was not that good.
7. All the people from DCN spoke perfect English, as did their counterparts on the Malaysian side (so there was no need for any translator).

Mahathir was the Prime Minister, Daim the Finance Minister, and Syed Hamid the Defence Minister when they first started looking at the Scorpene submarines (Najib was still the Education Minister)

This, and more, was what the French investigation revealed and I gave this 200-page French police investigation report to the Malaysian Special Branch. But they did absolutely nothing. They did not follow up on the French police investigation report and neither did they clear Najib. That was when I began to suspect that the Malaysian Special Branch was in cahoots with Mahathir in trying to oust Najib from office.
And I told Najib’s people this although I do not know whether they told Najib or not. It could be that some of those people in Najib’s circle were Mahathir’s Trojan Horses, which explains why a lot of information was never revealed to Najib. For example, the Military Intelligence had already revealed that Barisan Nasional was going to win only about 80 seats in GE14 (and I received this information before 9th May 2018) but Najib was told they were going to win 135 seats.
Well, as Mahathir always said, it is very hard to topple the Prime Minister from the outside. You have to do it from the inside. And Mahathir did not lie about that one.
(Malaysiakini) – Mongolian national Setev Shaariibuu is not concerned with former police commando Sirul Azhar Umar – the man convicted of killing his daughter Altantuya.
Instead, Setev wants to know who ordered his daughter to be killed.
“I don’t want to talk about Sirul, or about the death penalty (he faces).
“The most important thing is who ordered for this murder… Not Sirul,” Setev said at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur today.
Likewise, his lawyer Ramkarpal Singh also said that Sirul was not important to a possible re-opening of the Altantuya murder investigation, as there is evidence to be found here.
He also argued that it is likely that police already know who ordered the killing, and it would not take long for this matter to be brought to light.
Ramkarpal said jailed former police commando Azilah Hadri, however, may be useful to the case and is still in Malaysia as compared to Sirul, who is currently in an Australian immigration detention centre.
He also said key witnesses had not been called to testify in the case.
This is believed to be in reference to Sirul’s former superior Musa Safri, the aide-de-camp of Najib Abdul Razak, who was deputy prime minister and defence minister at the time of the murder.
Altantuya was killed in October 2006 in Shah Alam. Sirul and Azilah were convicted for the murder.
However, the motive for the murder was not established in court.
Sirul had previously offered to reveal what transpired in the Altantuya murder in exchange for a full pardon.
Malaysia is currently unable to extradite Sirul as Australia has a policy against sending back convicts facing the death penalty.
Ramkarpal said Sirul could be extradited if the death sentence is abolished, or if Sirul’s penalty is commuted to life imprisonment.
