Muslims in Malaysia to begin Ramadan fast on Monday (May 6)
PETALING JAYA: Muslims in Malaysia will begin the Ramadan dawn-to dusk fast on Monday (May 6), the Keeper of the Rulers' Seal Datuk Seri Syed Danial Syed Ahmad announced.
He said the date for the beginning of the fast followed a decree by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong after receiving the consent of the Malay Rulers.
The announcement was made over RTM on Sunday (May 5).
