Police say investigations indicated that the three masked thieves had gained entry by prising open a toilet window at a Cyberjaya shopping centre.

PETALING JAYA: Police are tracking down three people believed to have broken into a luxury handbag shop at a shopping centre in Cyberjaya, making off with 25 handbags worth RM90,000.
Sepang police chief Norhizam Bahaman said preliminary investigations indicated that the thieves had gained entry by prising open a toilet window.
“CCTV footage showed three masked persons dressed in black ransacking the shop and taking handbags displayed on the shelves,” he said in a statement today.
Noting that a video of the incident had gone viral on social media, Norhizam urged those with information on the case to contact the nearest police station or investigating officer Faizal Rashid @ Jaafar at 013-222-2652. - FMT
