Frenzy of activity as top cops arrive at Dr M’s office

There is a hive of activity at Dr Mahathir's outfit in Putrajaya, where he is meeting top officials as the new government takes shape.

PUTRAJAYA: Inspector-General of Police Fuzi Harun and Bukit Aman Commercial CID director Amar Singh were seen entering the Perdana Leadership Foundation compound here, where Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has been holding discussions with top officials since yesterday.

Several police officers were seen carrying suitcases into the building.

Former Bukit Aman Special Branch deputy director, Abdul Hamid Bador was earlier summoned to meet Mahathir.

Minutes earlier, Chief Justice Raus Sharif, former attorney-general Abdul Gani Patail and former federal court judge Gopal Sri Ram were seen arriving at the building. -FMT
