Malaysian PM Who Called Jews ‘Hooked Nose’, Now Blames Israel For World Terrorism

(Breaking Israel News) – “The seizure of Palestinian land to form the illegal State of Israel has been the main cause of terrorism in the world”, Malaysia’s Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad told Turkish news agency, Anadolu Agency, reports Malay Mail.

Dr. Mahathir, made these statements while meeting with Turkish President Erdogan last week, added that if the causes of terrorism are not dealt with, it will be hard to end it.

“The main thing that we think we should always stress is the causes of terrorism. Today, there is already a consensus almost to blame terrorism on Muslims.

“But the fact you said, after the seizure of Palestine, and the disregard of international law by Israel, this has led to so-called acts of terrorism. But in order to get rid of terrorism, we need to know the reason why they terrorize unless you treat the causes of terrorism, you are not going to be able to stop terrorism,” he stated.

Dr. M recommended that the State of Israel allow the Palestinian Muslims who fled Israel to return to reclaim “their property”, or at the very least, least agree to the two-state solution and end the Israelis “settlement” building in the Palestinian territory.

It should be noted that Israel is not building any Jewish homes in the Palestinian Authority.

“And if we know, besides this, the causes for terrorism, and we treat them, we take action to stop this injustice perpetrated on the Palestinians, I think there will be less terrorism or no terrorism all over the world,” he said.

Dr. Mahathir also added that there has been a lack of accurate news coverage regarding the actual Palestinian “problem”. He thinks that Malaysia and Turkey can continue keeping issue relevant so that it can be addressed on a global stage.

“There is an attempt to just kill the issue completely as if nothing has happened. But the fact is that there is a great deal of injustice perpetrated against the Palestinians and we intend, I think both Turkey and Malaysia intend, to keep this problem alive, so that the world will appreciate the injustice that has been done to the Palestinians” the premier opined.

“With regard to the Palestinian problem, the clear truth about it is that it has not been given enough air time. not in the media nor on TV. That seems to be an agreement on the part of the media not to highlight the problems of Palestine,” Dr Mahathir explained.

Like Erdogan, Dr Mahathir is a known critic of Israel and defends his statement calling Jews ‘hooked nosed‘, an act that caused him to be previously accused of anti-Semitism.

Mahathir’s new Pakatan Harapan government has come out against allowing Israeli athletes from participating in the 2019 World Para Swimming Championships to be held in Kuching later this year.

Mahathir’s assault on athletes may have been adopted from his close ally, Erdogan, who threatened a Mosque in New York for hosting a basketball clinic by a critic of the Turkish premier.

Dr. M is a close ally of Erdogan who reportedly suffered from a heart attack last week.
