A Malaysian Highway Authority spokesman says there is congestion on the North-South Expressway on the Slim River-Sungkai, Tapah-Gopeng, Juru-Perai and Seberang Jaya-Sungai Dua toll plaza stretches.

A Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) spokesman said for traffic heading north, there is congestion on the North-South Expressway on the Slim River-Sungkai, Tapah-Gopeng, Juru-Perai and Seberang Jaya-Sungai Dua toll plaza stretches, Bernama reported.
For those heading towards the east coast, there is traffic congestion on the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway from Gombak to Genting Sempah, from Bukit Tinggi to Lentang, and from the Bentong rest area to the Bentong toll plaza.
Traffic is also piling up at the Kuala Terengganu toll plaza on the East Coast Highway 2.
For traffic heading south, traffic is backed up on the PLUS Highway from the Sungai Besi toll plaza to Universiti Putra Malaysia, Nilai to Bandar Ainsdale, Sedenak to Kulai, and Setia Tropika to Pasir Gudang.
Motorists have been advised to refer to the travel time advisory issued via the MyPLUS-TTA app or get more information through the toll-free PLUSLine 1-800-88-0000, the X page @plustrafik, the LLM line 1-800-88-7752 and the X page @llmtrafik. - FMT
