GE14 | On the eve of the 14th general election, caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak is expected to make a “special” announcement, according to BN sources.
The sources said the announcement would herald “good news” for the people.
The announcement would be made during the BN chairperson's address to the nation at 10pm, which would be broadcasted live on TV3 and Najib's Facebook page.
However, the sources declined to reveal details of this announcement.
Najib's address would clash with Pakatan Harapan chairperson Dr Mahathir Mohamad's live address, which is also scheduled for 10pm.
The former premier's address from Langkawi would be broadcasted live on Facebook.
