KUALA LUMPUR: An Indonesian woman was found dead after she was believed to have fallen from the 29th floor of apartment here this morning.
Wangsa Maju district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Lazim Ismail said police received a report on the incident at about 7.43am.
He said preliminary investigations found no foul play in the death of the 32-year-old woman.
"The case has been classified as a Sudden Death Report," he said in a statement today.
He added that the victim's body was sent to the Forensic Department of Kuala Lumpur Hospital for a post-mortem.
At the same time, he advised the public not to speculate on the incident out of respect for the sensitivity of the victim's family. - NST
