Let that be a lesson to future Prime Ministers. Once someone becomes a danger or threat to you, you need to be ruthless and finish him off.
When you deal with people like Mahathir you need to put them out of business for good. If Dato’ Sri had done that, today he would still be Prime Minister while Anwar would still be in jail with Mahathir in the next bed.
Dear Datin Sri,
There is a very strong possibility they are going to arrest you tomorrow. If you and Dato’ Sri had taken note of what I have written in the past, you will know that Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had done precisely the same thing ten years ago back in 2008 as what he is doing today.
The trouble is most people rubbish what I write and accuse me of bullshit. But then, many years later, it could be ten years or 20 years later, what I write is proven correct.
I have said this before so let me repeat what I have already said in the past.
Mahathir wanted Pak Lah out because Khairy was an obstacle to Mukhriz
In 2006, Mahathir got upset with Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi (Pak Lah) because Khairy Jamaluddin was an obstacle to Mukhriz’s political career plus Pak Lah abandoned the construction of the Crooked Bridge to Singapore.
In June that same year, Mahathir launched his attack on Pak Lah in the form of road shows all over Malaysia and mooted a plan to make sure that the 2008 general election turns out a disaster for Umno and Barisan Nasional.
Then, immediately after the 2008 general election, Mahathir asked the Special Branch Director to meet up with Pak Lah and advise him to resign or else risk getting arrested and jailed for all sorts of crimes and transgressions.
Hamid Bador can confirm that the Special Branch told Pak Lah if he does not resign then Mahathir will put him in jail like what happened to Anwar, and now will happen to Najib
I have written two books about this before (both in English and Bahasa), which you probably never read. You can, in fact, check with Hamid Bador, the current Special Branch Director, who can confirm what I am saying.
In 2013, soon after the general election, history was repeated. Mahathir wanted Dato’ Sri to resign for exactly the same reasons he wanted Pak Lah to resign. However, while Pak Lah resigned, and hence got spared arrest and jail, Dato’ Sri refused to resign.
Did you not realise that for the three years of 2006, 2007 and 2008, Mahathir kept attacking Pak Lah regarding the long list of crimes he was alleged to have committed? Mahathir not only attacked Pak Lah but also attacked Kamal, Khairy and Kalimullah as well. Even just one of those many crimes was enough to see Pak Lah, Kamal, Khairy and Kalimullah go to jail for a long, long time.
Mahathir spared Pak Lah once he resigned or else he would have been sent to jail
But as soon as Pak Lah resigned, everything was dropped. Not a single word was said any more and Pak Lah, Kamal, Khairy and Kalimullah were not arrested or jailed for anything.
Mahathir just wanted Pak Lah to resign, not to be sent to jail. And Mahathir also wanted Dato’ Sri to do the same thing. Resign and everything stops. No more MACC. No arrest. No trial. No jail. Just like in Pak Lah’s case.
But Dato’ Sri resisted. So Mahathir would not drop everything like he did with Pak Lah. In fact, Dato’ Sri resisted and refused to resign just like what Anwar Ibrahim did in 1998. So, just like what happened to Anwar in 1998, Mahathir will make sure that they arrest Dato’ Sri. If Dato Sri had resigned, Mahathir would have taken over as Prime Minister and all action against Dato’ Sri would have been dropped — just like in Pak Lah’s case.
Anwar, too, was jailed when he refused to resign after Mahathir told him to
There was many an occasion when Dato’ Sri could have finished off Mahathir and all his sons in one blow. That would have solved the problem. But then Dato’ Sri is too soft-hearted — and in politics you must be ruthless and not soft-hearted.
