More than six hours later, Rosmah Mansor is still at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya where she had been summoned for questioning for the second time in three months.
Accompanied by her lawyer K Kumaraendran, the wife of former premier Najib Abdul Razak arrived at the building at 9.50am, 10 minutes ahead of her appointment.
Clad in a green baju kurung, Rosmah appeared relaxed. An aide was seen carrying her green tote bag.
She smiled and chatted with the MACC officers as they approached her in the lobby of the building.
Speculation has been rife that she might be arrested today and charged tomorrow.
When asked about this, K Kumaraendran said he did not know.
However, MACC deputy commissioner (operations) Azam Baki denied that Rosmah would be arrested and charged.
"None of it is true," he told Malaysiakini.
On June 5, Rosmah was questioned for five hours in relation to MACC's probe into SRC International Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of 1MDB.
Previously, it was reported that she could face close to 20 charges.
