Bukit Aman CID director M Kumar says police have completed their investigations into two cases linked to the ex-MACC chief.

Bukit Aman criminal investigation department director M Kumar said today the investigations into two cases had been completed and the papers were submitted to the AGC on June 4.
On Wednesday, Kumar said police recorded Azam’s statement under Section 112 of the Criminal Procedure Code (relating to power to examine witnesses during an investigation).
He said the first case involved a Bloomberg article allegedly containing defamatory statements regarding Azam’s shareholding in Velocity Capital Partner Bhd.
