Sabah Umno veteran encourages Sabahans in Johor to continue supporting policies that promote stability, development and shared prosperity.

Speaking at a meeting with local BN leaders and members of the Sabahan community in Pasir Gudang today, Salleh said Johor had long been one of Malaysia’s key economic centres, providing employment and business opportunities for thousands of Sabahans.
He said Johor’s political stability had played an important role in attracting investments, expanding industries and creating quality employment opportunities that had benefitted many Sabahans over the years.
“Johor has provided livelihoods and opportunities for many Sabahans,” he said in a statement. “A stable government is important to ensure the state continues to prosper, attract investments and create more jobs for the people.”
He said continued political stability would enable Johor to sustain its economic momentum, strengthen investor confidence, and ensure ongoing development that would benefit all communities, including Sabahans residing in the state.
Salleh also expressed his appreciation to the Sabahan community in Johor for their contributions to the state’s economy and encouraged them to continue supporting policies that promote stability, development and shared prosperity.
BN and Pakatan Harapan are contesting all 56 state assembly seats, while Perikatan Nasional is contesting 33. PAS, which is only contesting 11 seats, has urged its supporters to back BN candidates in seats not contested by PN.
