Timur Laut police say the Myanmar national was suspected of house trespassing and did not have valid travel documents.

PETALING JAYA: A foreign national seen suddenly falling in front of a car from the Batu Lanchang flyover in Penang had earlier been arrested in connection with a house trespassing case, police said.
Timur Laut police chief Abdul Rozak Muhammad said the incident caught on video occurred at about 4.15pm on Friday, Sinar Harian reported.
He said the man, believed to be a Myanmar national, seemed to have mental health issues and did not have valid travel documents.
“The individual had earlier been arrested by police in connection with a house trespassing case reported at Jalan Kurau, Jelutong,” he was quoted as saying in a statement today.
The man was not hurt and was rearrested.
The case is being investigated under Section 448 of the Penal Code and Section 6(1)(c) of the Immigration Act 1959/63. - FMT
