What does the Quran say? 

There are many, many verses but these two will suffice. 
(Also it is lunch time now - Sunday lunch, yummy.)

"Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes – from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.” – The Holy Quran 60:8 Surah AL-MUMTAHANAH 

The Muslims have to be righteous towards all people, especially the non Muslims who do not fight us or expel us from our homes. Muslims must act righteously towards them.  NEVER DOES THE QURAN SAY ANYWHERE TO HATE ANYONE BECAUSE OF RELIGION.

Here is another verse from the Quran :

"And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth humbly, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say "peace” – The Holy Quran 25:63 Surah AL-FURQAN.

The Muslims must walk on this earth humbly. And if Muslims come across ignorant people who speak harshly to them, they must just say "peace" to them and leave them be.   NEVER DOES THE QURAN SAY ANYWHERE TO HATE ANYONE BECAUSE OF RELIGION.

Are these retards relevant to our lives? The quick answer : NO.
