Five summonses coming your way, PAS warns Husam

PAS vice-president Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah said the Kelantan state government and its related company have five summonses to be sent to state Pakatan Harapan chairperson Husam Musa.
Astro Awani quoted the Kelantan deputy menteri besar telling a function in Kota Bharu last night that the summonses are for Husam's "baseless claims" against the state government on several issues, including water and land clearing, among others.
"I want to say this - if there are any Amanah people here, please inform Husam that we have five summonses waiting for him, tell him not to run away as we will send (the documents) to his house," Mohd Amar was quoted as saying.
According to him, the state government had previously sent a summon to Husam's house, but the latter had refused to accept it, which made the summoning party to publicise the said document in a local newspaper.
Mohd Amar also accused Husam, who is an Amanah vice-president, of issuing many baseless statements, and twisting facts, in order to create confusion in the issues he raised.
Husam (photo) had previously challenged the Kelantan state government to sue him if his allegations on the approval of the RM27.1 million Merbau Condong water supply project were inaccurate or slanderous.
The Salor assemblyperson had alleged that the project was given to a non-existent company.
The state's water provider, Air Kelantan Sdn Bhd (AKSB), has since explained that the confusion stemmed from a name change of the company involved.
Husam, a former PAS vice-president, had also revealed an audio recording, which he claimed was that of Pasir Mas MP Nik Mohamed Abduh Nik Aziz, speaking about receiving money from Umno.
Husam had also challenged PAS to sue him if his claims were untrue. -Mkini
