Selangor Pakatan Harapan’s seat negotiations are being delayed because nobody wants the difficult seats, said incumbent Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad.
“The seat negotiations are stuck because of two things – ‘sure win’, and ‘sure lose’.
“Everyone wants the ‘sure win’ seats, no one wants the ‘sure lose’ ones.
“That’s why its stuck, because when we want to give (a seat) they reject it, and the seat that one wants, everyone also wants,” he said at a press conference at his Shah Alam MP’s office today.
He was explaining why the state was taking so long to have its seat negotiations for the 14th general election (GE14) finalised among the four Harapan parties Amanah, Bersatu, PKR and DAP.
