The Negeri Sembilan Health Department has identified three locations around Seremban that have been attacked by caterpillars over the last few days.
Its director Dr Zainudin Mohd Ali said the affected areas were the Seremban Community Development Department office, Kampung Pantai; Sekolah Kebangsaan Pantai, Batu 8, Jalan Jelebu; and the Seri Perkasa National Service Training Programme (PLKN) camp, Batu 8, Jalan Seremban-Mantin.
“So far, a total of 62 people were only given outpatient treatment at the Mantin Health Clinic due to itchiness,” he said in a statement here today.
Zainudin was commenting on a letter on the incident issued by the Mantin Health Clinic to the Seri Perkasa PLKN camp which had gone viral on social media. - Bernama
