WHAT THE JUDGEMENT REALLY MEANS

  Lets begin today's jingle with Tom Dooley.

Its a death sentence. He aint going to see the light of day sitting in his own front yard (or poolside). The present sentence has a few more years left.  If he pays the RM50 million fine his present sentence ends in 2028. If he does not pay the RM50 million fine it is another year until 2029.  Only after that the "new" 15 year sentences will start. He gonna kaput in jail.

Them pancakes wont kill you massa. Sitting alone in jail will.

There was plenty of flap when that Pardon was put together in 2024. It created a real ruckus and caused plenty embarrasment - including for the people who arranged the Pardon. So there will not be another pardon. Considering that any future gomen that is perceived as being soft on corruption will probably get kicked out at the general elections the koruptors will be chilling their heels in jail for a loooong time.

Here is the real noose around the neck - his party is dead. They are down to 20+ Parliamentary seats. At the next elections they will possibly be down to ZERO seats. Recently in Sabah they got their butts kicked. In the SIX state polls in 2023 they delivered ZERO seats in two States.  This is a dead party.

What does this mean? This means their 'coalition' partners will see him as a liability.  You Cant Touch This.

Worse than that the DNAA fellow dont care about him either. There will be no prison visits. There may not even be Raya Cards. Unless there is change jingling in the pockets. A big chunk of change. 

I saw that article of sorts where someone computed his legal fees. They suggest it is in the high tens of millions. So it looks like someone else benefited from his troubles. 

The 15 years jail is subject to him paying the RMxx billion fine. If the fine is not paid, he stays another FIVE years in jail. Thats 20 years in jail. 'You gonna be stone cold in jail massa'.

That fine of over RMxx billion Ringgit is simply the public funds that were stolen.  We really dont know exactly how much money was stolen. It was certainly more than the billions found on him. That fatty kwuey teow seller made more billions.

Then the side shows also made hundreds of millions. The Mat Salleh banker, the Singapore banker, the other millions that were forfeited by Singapore. Fatty Kuey Teow seller settled US$1.0b (RM4.0B) with the FBI. Another fellow was hit with a US$2.8 billion judgement (RM11.2 Billion). The movie maker took US248 million (RM1.0 billion). The Witch took US$346 million (RM1.4 billion). The 'general counsel' US$16 million (RM64 million).

I have written before that once upon a time - after his first conviction - he asked to see me. The request came through the office of YM Tengku Razaleigh. I declined. 

But I have already shared on this blog what I would have told him. Which was valid at that time only. Admit the guilt, return ALL the stolen funds. And divulge full information about all the accomplices and supporting actors and what each person did - in full detail. Places, dates, money amounts etc. Point names and name fingers (Capt Jack Sparrow).

It appears too late now. The judgement has already been made. That RMxx billion fine is more than what could have settled the matter earlier.  But who knows. Return all the money - including the money stolen by Fatty Boy Kuey Teow Seller. 

Your party is dead.  With this conviction your party will be buried NINE feet under. The coalition partners are also dead. But they dont care about you anyway. That fellow was sent to jail during your time remember? You think he has forgotten that?
