Kuala Lumpur police chief Mazlan Lazim has declined to comment on the arrest of Bandar Tun Razak Umno division chief Rizalman Mokhtar for alleged drug use.
“Oh, I do not want to give so many statements. No comments, so okay, thank you,” Mazlan said during a press conference at the Kuala Lumpur contingent police headquarters (IPKKL) today.
Reporters had attempted to question him about Rizalman, who, along with his entire entourage, were arrested at a nightspot along Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur on Monday morning.
Drug screening reports later implicated his entire entourage, including him.
However, Rizalman has since said that his only indulgence prior to his arrest at the nightclub, were Nescafe and karaoke.
He also suspects that he has been set up though he has not pointed fingers at who were the likely saboteurs.
Rizalman is widely tipped to be BN’s candidate for the Bandar Tun Razak seat. - Mkini
