To attract RM30 billion worth of investment to Negeri Sembilan within five years;
To create 50,000 new jobs within five years;
Train 20,000 technical and vocational education and training (TVET) graduates.
To build 25,000 additional housing units;
To provide 1,000 village house lots;
Promise not to increase assessment rates in the state for the next five years.
To provide 100 special scholarships to top-performing students that fit set criteria;
Education and school assistance for students, including incentives for good performance, financial help for B40 children, and free mobile devices for students from B40 families who are pursuing Form 6, certificates, diplomas and bachelor's degrees;
English and Mathematics tuition for students from B40 families;
Special assistance for tahfiz and vernacular schools.
To provide lighting for 69 Orang Asli villages and 59 new villages;
To install CCTV cameras at 35 identified hotspots;
To provide one ambulance for every state constituency.
To facilitate the public in accessing government assistance and incentives through online services;
To complete the infrastructure needed to digitalise Negeri Sembilan's public services;
To establish childcare centres in every district administrative area;
To provide an equivalent annual bonus to all civil servants;
No termination of existing temporary and part-time workers;
To establish a Manifesto Implementation Monitoring Unit.
