Azmi Ahmad will immediately resume all executive roles and leadership responsibilities, says the company.

KUALA LUMPUR: Alam Maritim Resources Bhd group managing director and CEO Azmi Ahmad has been released from remand by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the offshore oil and gas services firm said Azmi will immediately resume all executive roles and leadership responsibilities within the company.
“The board reiterates that the day-to-day business operations, financial position, and strategic governance of the company remain entirely stable and unaffected,” it said.
Azmi was remanded to assist with an MACC investigation on Aug 17. - FMT
