Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s AI chatbot is offline for “upgrades”.
The service was taken offline yesterday - just two days after launch - and was supposed to go back online at 8pm.
However, as of writing, it's still offline, with an automated message saying that “finishing touches” were being applied. The service was developed by Zetrix AI Berhad - formerly MyEG.
The chatbot had shown signs that it was susceptible to manipulation, with one social media user demonstrating how they managed to get the bot to say that Anwar should not be voted in again in the next election due to failures in tackling corruption.

Azam’s brother, Nasir Baki, is reported to own 34 percent of Integriti Padu Sdn Bhd.
