KLANG: Police have launched a manhunt for a suspect who attempted to rob a security firm's van in Bukit Tinggi here this afternoon.

According to Buletin TV3, the incident is believed to have occurred about 5.30pm.

South Klang police chief Assistant Commissioner Lim Jit Huey is currently at the scene overseeing investigations.

Details of the incident, including whether any weapons were used or if there were any injuries, have yet to be disclosed. - NST
