The clip, believed to have been recorded in Johor, went viral after showing the woman riding along a busy road without a helmet, with a young girl seated behind her and an infant placed in the motorcycle's front basket.
Social media users also raised concerns over the woman's apparent difficulty maintaining balance while riding in traffic.
The video was shared on Threads by user @aqish_hasan, who urged those familiar with the woman to advise her against repeating the act.
"Does anyone know this woman? If you do, please advise her not to do this again. If you want to ride, wear a helmet and value the lives of the children," the user wrote.
The uploader said the incident occurred on a main road, increasing the risk of a serious accident.
Many netizens criticised the act and urged the authorities to intervene.
Under the Road Transport Act, motorcycle riders and pillion passengers are required to wear approved safety helmets. Authorities may also investigate cases involving the unsafe transport of children. - NST
