KUALA LUMPUR: The daughter of Berjaya Group founder Tan Sri Vincent Tan, Chryseis, 29; and the son of Naza Group’s late founder Tan Sri S.M. Nasimuddin S.M Amin, S.M Faliq, 32, tied the knot today.
The solemnisation ceremony, which is believed to have been held in Bukit Tinggi, Pahang, was a closely-guarded affair.
An image shared on social media by Faliq’s sister-in-law, local celebrity Marion Caunter, shows the couple donned in all-white traditional wedding attire.
“Chryseis might share (images of the event) through her Instagram account,” a source told the New Straits Times earlier.
Chryseis had previously posted news of her engagement to Faliq in Marrakesh, Morocco last year through Instagram.
It is understood that the two have known each other since their schooling days.
Faliq is Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd deputy executive chairman and group managing director; while Chryseis is the chief executive of Berjaya Times Square and executive director of Berjaya Assets Bhd.
Naza Group is Malaysia’s largest privately-owned conglomerate with businesses in the automotive, property, food & beverage and telecommunications industries.
Berjaya Group has businesses ranging from direct-selling and retail, to financial services and motor trading.
